I received the bike , in the first week I had problems , but Clayton called me and is going out of his way to be helpful and provide GOOD ! Customer service . He’s been helpful and made a bad situation ALOT better . I would highly recommend Biktrix customer service and help they provide . Even though I did have trouble they stepped right up to the plate with good customer service

Fantastic bike. Easy assembly BUT check your tire pressure! I forgot to do that at the end of assembly and was wondering why on a 30km ride I was using 25% if my dual batteries. Well there was only 5 psi in the tires. Lol. Since filling them to 18 psi the same ride now uses 4%. It’s a fun exciting ride and I’m 69.

Love the bike

After 2 weeks of ownership all is good.
I have been travelling and only have 40km on the bike. Assembly was straight forward using your video for guidance.
The bike works very well, I've had it on asphalt, gravel, and a few trails.
The bike is stable and sure footed. Anyone that has seen it is impressed with the workmanship and quality of the build. I'm very pleased with the ease of shifting gears.
For myself 6'3", 200 plus pounds and 75 years of age this step thru Juggernaut was the right choice.

After what I would call an unhappy wait for the delivery, we got our bikes

We were told it would be a few
Days to get them in, only because of the colour choice one one of the bikes.
It’s been three weeks and the excuse is we have 200 bikes come in to get ready, this is our busy season. If you bought in December we could have it sooner

I asked if they could try to have it ready for Saturday when we are in town, the answer. NO. We are closed this Saturday for the long weekend.

Well………. I have owned a couple or three businesses, when it was our “busy season” we worked overtime and 7 days a week to catch up and ensure we had happy customers

The Ultra 1000 is a real cruiser…takes the hills with no sweat and the 24x4 inch fat tires are very comfortable reducing many bumps. I also have the extender which still allows room to step thru. I have the smallest extender. The mid drive with torque-cadence is a perfect match. If one can afford the Ultra 1000 go for it, however I think the hub 750 would also be a great second choice. Delivery was only one week. Biktrix support were very helpful on sale and customer tech support have answered all my questions after purchase. Glad I choose Biktrix.thank-you!
