Batteries are one of those things that you usually do not want to skimp on. We never hear anyone complaining that they get too much range from a charge. This is why we recommend getting the biggest battery you can afford.

Biktrix is proud to offer some of the largest ebike batteries on the market. Even when you pick our smallest battery option, it is often much larger than the largest offered by our competitors.

A good way to estimate approximate ride time is as follows:

  1. Calculate/check the Wh (Watt-hour) rating of the battery. This is V x Ah. Eg. 52V x 10Ah = 520Wh
  2. Check the wattage of the motor on the bike you’re considering. Eg. 500W
  3. This means that if you had to use this 500W bike at full power with a 520Wh battery, you would get roughly 520Wh/500W = ~1hour of riding.

[Batteries are like energy tanks on an eBike. Using our high capacity automotive-grade cell Battery Packs ensures that you can travel longer distances without the need for frequent recharges. Since batteries take time to recharge, buying the largest capacity that you can afford would be the best idea.

An eBike battery is usually specced using Voltage & Amp-hours (V&Ah), therefore while comparing specs between the two batteries with the same voltage rating compare the Ah (Amp-hour) rating between them, since more Ah = more capacity.

While buying a DUO bike we highly recommend not missing the opportunity of buying a Range Extender which also functions as a Standby Spare in case the primary battery is not charged or fails.]

Note that you likely won’t be using 100% power (500W) all the time, this means you would get more range if you use lesser power.

What Motor Should I Choose?

In most places, 500w (32kmph/20mph) is the street-legal setting and for many casual riders is lots of power to get you where you are going.

If you are riding off-road, on private land, you may want to consider the unlock option to get the most power out of your motor.

 

**Note that the onus is on you, the rider, to determine whether it is legal to ride an ebike where you intend to ride it. Biktrix will not be held liable if the rider decides to break local laws by riding an ebike illegally.

    Inclusions

    This package can be purchased within 30 Days from the date of delivery or while placing the eBike order whichever is earlier. BiktrixCare+ will cover the following list of eBike parts for manufacturing defects under the respective packages. BiktrixCare+ Gold is transferable once from the original buyer to another person subject to notifying the transfer of ownership to BEB.

    *Motors

    BEB will request to ship the motor to the Service Centre if the defect is fixable. Labour and parts cost is included in the motor service at BEB’s Service Centre. If the defect is unfixable BEB will issue a refurbished replacement. Shipping charges are excluded for the motor service. For Hub-Motors the maximum liability is the cost of the motor.

    **Cancellation & Refund

    BiktrixCare+ alone cannot be cancelled or refunded once the bike has been shipped. If the bike is returned under the first 14-day return window for a refund, 100% of the amount paid for this package would be refunded. If BEB decides to sever all relations with an owner under Section 19 this package would be deemed terminated with no refund

    Purchased a Juggernaut Ultra Pro - Great Bike with a couple niggles

    Love the bike. Just went on a 15 mile ride. 7.5 steep down and then back up. Finished in less than an hour. Going up, was in PAS 3 and middle gear and she pulled like a champ. Came home and only at 90%. So, IMHO, great range. And the 1,000w motor is a monster - more than enough power for even the steepest hills. The two things I would change: 1. Offer a backlit LCD screen. The color screen is very nice, but disappears with polarized sunglasses. 2. Offer a dropper post. The bike is not light, but very manageable until you get into the single track. Going downhill without lowering the seat puts you in a very unstable position. I will be adding a dropper post ASAP. Other than that, love this bike. If my kids want to go out with me, I will buy others for them.

    Wholely shit it's faster then I thought

    I am very pleased this is my 3rd ebike, I am very happy I have put over 200 miles on it this week. The only issue is I can't find the instructions , to change my computer from km to miles

    Nice looking bicycle Have just road it once to make sure everything was working seems to have very good torque I am 5’ 8’’ inches and the bike fits good The set up wasn’t flawless but got the job done and it all worked Lol I haven’t quite figured out how to mount the water bottle carrier yet but have till spring to figure that out Likely will not be riding the bike till spring now wouldn’t be much fun at -20 But looking forward to going hard then

    So far I have no complaints and like the bike very much. Power seems good but I don't know how long it will last as have not ridden very much. Was away helping a sick relative until 2 weeks ago.

    Enjoying my new Stunner step over!

    I received my Stunner step over on May 19th, unfortunately the battery was not yet available. Received my battery as promised about 4 weeks after receiving the bike.
    I of course rode the bike without the battery and I was surprised by how nicely it rode just by pedal power, even though it's a pretty heavy bike. The wait for the battery also gave me time to purchase some accessories, such as a rear carrier bag, cross tube mounted pouch for my phone and a Tribit Bluetooth speaker. The bike is pretty much decked out the way I like, and it is very comfortable.
    My 1st good ride with the battery was a 35 km ride covering area trails, parks and city streets. I couldn't get over how effortless the ride was, I'm sure I was grinning from ear to ear! We had a 35 km head wind and a couple of decent hills to face during the ride home, no problem though - nothing to it, what a pleasure.
    I'm in my 60's and haven't rode a lot for some time, this bike has me itching to go for a ride just about every day. If you are wondering if you should make the investment, I say go for it - I don't think you will be disappointed. It's a great way to get some good exercise without beating yourself up.
    Thank you to the Biktrix team, delivery was trouble free and even though I had to wait for the battery, I was told that up front and it arrived when it was expected to. Technical support was also excellent and very prompt.
    Excellent experience and I'm having too much fun!
