Much heavier than I thought, but it feels very secure under you! Wish I had upgraded the bike with some other features, but again it would’ve cost more. I also wish they offered additional options like vendors and everything so people could add it as they could afford it.

Ordered a pair of these bikes and received them in a good time frame. Extremely sturdy frame with front and rear suspension. Vivid colors and look great!!
Very happy thus far

Took advantage of the great BOGO deal ! Smooth online purchase, effortless and accommodating for retired folks like me and my spouse. E-bike allows us to continue enjoying biking. The large tires and suspension system, not to miss the great design of the Kutty FS, is perfect for older and short riders like us. Staying fit while aging can be a challenge easily managed with this great e-bike. Thanks Biktrix for the support and great offers !

Greetings: first I have to say we still have -20c or lower temps and snow on the ground so we haven't gotten more than ten minutes on it. I can say it arrived well packed and 99% unmarked. The only blemish was the hard plastic housing that surrounds the charging port. It arrived cracked and slightly dis-lodged. I think it will be an easy repair with a small dab of epoxy. I don't want to dell on it because it really was well packed and basically ready to go right out of the box. The only other thing I would mention is the brakes don't seem to work very well. I would describe them as poor stopping power - won't lock up even under heavy application. I took a look and the pads seem to be engaging and disengaging well so maybe they just need some use?

Bottom line is I would recommend this bike to friends and family.

Kutty FS

The bike looks like its used when I bought it. It is fully assembled and store people are nice to charge it before I pick it up. It has exposed brake lines right where its folding but I'm not concern about it as long as the electrical line is ok. Its not easy to fold the bike because the line is always on the way when you unfold it that is why the brake lines are torn because they are pinched all the time. It could run 80km or more before battery go down to one bar. The saddle is hard and doesn't provide any cushioning effect. I am 200lbs and my butt hurts driving the bike after I bought it. After loosening the spring suspension all the way and installing a nice high end saddle with spring and gel cushion with wide profile to distribute weight my experience become 10/10

While ebikes are getting more expensive & IMHO heavier and farther away from non-electric bikes by the minute, here's a brilliantly designed model that offers an unmatched set of features & value for the price.  NO WHERE ELSE will you find a true DUAL SUSPENSION, folding bike of this caliber that actually has useable PAS levels that weighs as little as it does (40lbs w/o battery, sub 50lbs w/battery)!  Like many of you reading the specs on the motor & battery, I thought the combination would have little to no power with its 250w motor and 36V battery.  Au contraire, I was blown away by the acceleration on this little puppy!  I'm not entirely sure how they squeezed so much torque out of this bike (guessing it's largely due to the lightweight wheels & tires as well as the smaller overall wheel diameter) but other than having a slightly lower top speed than 500w bikes, this bike doesn't feel under powered at all and is super fun to ride!!  It's also able to accommodate smaller riders with an incredibly low standover height — I actually bought this for my wife who is barely 5'2" (we've been searching for an dual suspension ebike for her that doesn't break the bank that also fits her for years now) who LOVES the bike and says this is the first time she feels like she can really control the bike on trails, especially coming from her previous 80lbs BeeCool Explorer!! If I were to nitpick, the stock saddle is not the most comfortable (I switched it out for a $50 Selle Royal Lookin Moderate which I highly recommend) & the stock spring on the rear shock is quite stiff & hardly moves.  I had to switch out the 400 lbs spring for a 250 lbs spring which made a world of difference, literally turning it from barely 30mm of movement to a good 60mm or so of legitimate rear suspension travel!  I would definitely recommend either doing this or switching out the rear shock completely for something plusher/with more travel.  However other than that, this bike is a steal for only $999 & I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing ebike at an affordable price.
