Biktrix Electric Bikes

My battery thumb lock on Hub Duo broke. It was made of plastic. Biktrix support sent me a metal one as a replacement. That is good because it now will never break again. The support of Biktrix is very good. They are very fast to respond if you have a problem with your bike. The bikes are not perfect, no bike is. Any bike can have a defect. But what makes a bike great is if the company that sells it, supports it. Biktrix does that.

The original knob was plastic and broke easily while the replacement appears to be metal and obviously much more durable.

No issues with rectifying my problem.
Shipping took longer than expected but I’m happy and know that shipping times are out of your hands.

price was fine for the part, but for something the size of a bottle cap the shipping was absurd.

Overall we love these! There have been a few minor parts that needed replacement, but nothing that couldn't be fixed easily on our own. Customer service and support has been hands down GREAT! They've taken care of such issues with ease, and sent parts out ASAP. Again, the parts were minimal.
The bikes are alot of fun, great range of speed, and we love the fat tires that work well where a mountain e-bike would not (ie: sand). A good price point too. We hope to have these for years to come.

My problem with the knob was installation I held the knob. Well I was tightening the screw and I think that was the wrong procedure because a couple months later it shattered the knob that is. I learned on the second try to just let it turn as I tightened it.
