Juggernaut

This electric bike is very jerky compared to the other electric bike we own made by a different company. The ride is not smooth because when you change gears or add assistance it feel rough. Also the kick stand is one sided. Its nice to have a double/dual kick stand since bike is so heavy.

Wife loves it

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife. We already own a pair of Juggernaut Classic Duos, but she's been having a hard time with the top bar on her 17" version. We purchased the step through in order to help this, and also the 17" frame that comes with the 24x4 tires which also helped with height.

This is the sweet spot. My wife flat out loves the 24" tire size and step through frame, as she fits well on the bike. She has ridden it on our local gravel roads darn near every day for over a week even in the cold weather. She's put 18 miles on it just riding locally up and down the road.

A couple years ago when we bought our Classics, the step through wasn't available (out of stock). We were sure we wanted the mid-drives. Turns out my wife doesn't like trying to keep it in the correct gear for the mid-drive and the hub drive is the easy button. Plenty of power, faster than we thought, smooth.

We'll see how it holds up, as we've ordered a Roguehawk for myself and plan on selling our Classics because we think the hub drives are a better fit (I'll be towing a dog trailer).

Only issue I've found, is the middle rear fender has a screw that's a little too long. it's bottomed in the hole, but isn't tight to the fender so threads are showing. The lower one is fine, and the ones further rearward are fine. Other than that the A-bar we ordered was already on the bike, the original bar was in the box, and it came out with the shifter already adjusted and working. Put it together and she's been riding it since. Did change the stock seat for a thudbuster seat post and Cloud 9 seat that came from her Classic.

Hoping for a really good year of riding this year.

It’s a good bike, but the size chart recommendation is wrong

The size chart says 5’10” with 31+ inseam or taller for the large. I would recommend at least 34”+ inseam if you want to get your leg over the bar.

Juggernaut review

Overall, I was pleased with the purchase, and I am enjoying the bike. My feedback / concerns are- no owner's manual came with the bike, the display module is not what I expected, wobble in front wheel, generic YouTube searches required (minus owner's manual) to answer questions and trouble shoot. Detail: If you buy a cheap power tool you get a owner's manual. This $3,600 bike came with nothing. Thus, no instruction on battery use (e.g. use of power button on reserve battery) I did find on Biktrix youtube vid about the batteries -but no mention of when to use the power button when fully charged and installed on the bike; also, no trouble shooting guide for subjects such as wheel wobble and etc.; no parts list / schematic. The display module is nothing like what I saw on the ordering web page and was expecting. In addition, the supplied module installed from Biktrix was installed upside down -why because it doesn't fit the handle bar design. To make use, I have it wedged on the bar and hope that it stays put while riding. In short, it has taken some time to sort out issues. Not a big deal, but not what I expected.

great bike

I have about 160 miles on the bike after a few weeks, all dirt roads, and the bike is everything I need.I like the torque sensor a lot, 27.5 x 3 tires are perfect for me, wish the display screen was a bit larger but good enough, and will eventually put on a twist throttle that I had on a previous, non Bixtrix bike. All in all great bike. I thoroughly studied all bikes in this price range and and happy I got this one!

Cindy's New Ride

Really happy with this bike functionally and overall. Was really disappointed that Biktrix sent a beautiful green frame that was obviously dinged and sloppily touched up by someone at the factory; really surprised given the price and reputation of Biktrix. Wish I'd have upgraded the headlight, which is very wimpy.

New hub duo

Short version,a10 + . Long version battery cover was off on arrival and fell off on my first ride. It is now taped in place and needs a permanent fix. Thumb throttle is an on/off switch. Can I just unplug. I twist throttle would be better. To summarize, riding is a blast. Steve

Excellent bike

Great bike, has a lot of power for uphill when using the assist. Instructions for assembly weren’t fantastic but it’s fairly easy to figure out. My kickstand broke 2 days after I received it and I was already sent a replacement. Really comfy ride. So far, really enjoying it!
