These brakes seem great. I wish I had purchased them initially. It seems like a luxury but really they are a necessity w a bike this heavy.

Hydraulic brakes arrived quickly and even included extra tubing for different routing options.
Price was reasonable and are a tremendous improvement over mechanical brakes. Installation by local bike shop was straight forward. Did require extra effort to route through frame.

I like my bike but it has been a long road of issues. Upon arrival the head light was damage, The tire tube was bad, It was almost impossible to install the new tub in the tier and attach to the rim, The main bite battery was not wired , had to do this myself, last was the issue with the real wheel staying on. I hope this ends with the parts you sent me that will keep the real wheel from rotating.

Lost my Pedal assist and 2nd battery no longer charging. Needed to return battery which was replaced with new under warranty. Motor needed to be returned for repair. Plus new umbilical cord, display replacement because of broken connectors. Return received within 3 weeks. Re-routing umbilical cord thru protected cabling area inside frame was very tight and needed repeated attempts. Wish interior cable cover plate was removal. Now back to riding and everything working well.

Ten was awesome! He responded almost instantly even at 9pm. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that there were no instructions. I had my neighbor help me do this; without his help I would have been blind and had no idea what I was doing. We had to splice the cables to make this work which obviously isn’t ideal without instructions. Tej did say I could schedule a call, but they were booked for three weeks and only during minimal hours during weekdays.
