Stunner X 6

The stunner X6 makes a big hill on my commute feel like butter. I had never used an e-bike before - it’s heavier and more powerful than I was used to. But, it’s a lot of fun and the fenders / big tires help for bad weather days. Thanks to Brooklyn from the support team!

My bike just arrived in great condition - no problems. Just as promised, it’s a comfortable, zippy bike - especially up hills. The 4 inch tires are good to have on our gravel roads. Thank you, Biktrix team !

You sent me the info on how to get battery out so I can charge it…at 72 and recovering from broken ankle… I haven’t been able to loosen screws and use rubber mallet yet….
But hopefully…this week..

I watched and read a number of videos on this bike before (and after) purchasing it. Like many who have purchased this bike, it truly is well suited for casual street and trail riding. I originally thought that the mid-drive would be something I would need to get used to. However, quite the contrary, it acts like a standard bike when you want it to, then within a few miles of your first ride, you are comfortable using both gear shifting and simple throttle control. I purchased along with the bike the Thudbuster and premium seat. After installation of both, based on how I plan on using the bike primarily on the road, I probably didn’t need the Thudbuster. But it’s installed so be it. Keep in mind that it does increase the height by 2” so at the lowest setting, it raised the seat height to minimum riding height to 5’4”. The seat is awesome and highly suggest purchasing it. Very happy with my purchase.

I love this bike so far, no problems and assembly was easy.

Assembly was easy; I needed to contact support to get directions to change the speed, etc. Support was very responsive, and as of now, I’d buy again and feel confident with the purchase and support.

We love our new Stunner X6 bikes (Emerald Green & Dark Blue). Just received them this week and have been out riding everyday. Everything is quality here; from the shipping to the easy assembly, nice bike components & structure and beautiful paint job. Yes, this is a heavier bike but we are glad we did not let that deter us because it has everything we want and need with a solid structure.
I am 5'6" and the 26x4 was a great fit for me. If I was a couple inches shorter, I would go down to the 24x3 size. My husband loves the step-through feature. We are both healthy seniors in our mid-60's and this bike is perfect for both of us. It is powerful yet easy to learn to ride and handle. This would not fit into my Jeep Cherokee nor would I want to try to fit it in/out. We will buy a bike rack or trailer for these bikes as they are good size and heavier like I mentioned. I did quite a bit of research before I selected this bike. Biktrix is a great company and actually has people who answer the phone and will address your questions & concerns. Happy campers we are!
