This is my second electric mountain bike. The first was a Rurui XT10 with hub drive and it was not well suited for off-road riding. This bike is! I like more serious off-road riding. I just completed my first 30 miles, mostly off-road. It included long, steep, loamy hills. My last ride was a 22 mile loop that has over 2,900 feet of ascent. Lower rider fatigue than other bikes as well. This off-road riding tends to eat batteries but I went about 30 miles on this charge and had 52% remaining without a range extender battery. I also have the range extender battery on this bike and I average around 75 miles of off-road assisted riding before needing a charge. Love this bike!

I've never ridden an e-bike quite like this. I have the second model of 6 produced as a showroom model, and this thing is very powerful. There is no doubt that this bike would ride completely vertical hills and on parking garage ceilings if that were even possible outside the laws of physics. As an avid mountain bike rider, this bike gives you a spectrum of power from being a casual street rider, to tearing up any trail imaginable. This is a bike you only have to buy once and never need another one again! Well done to the guys at Biktrix for producing a remarkable unmatched bike. :)

I recieved my bike here in Sweden a few days ago, and I am super-satisfied. It shines quality from every single component.
I must also mention the great costumer and technical support. I got answers very rapridly to all my questons, and the people at Biktrix are really kind and helpful. So far a great experience from every point of view

The bikers excellent to ride handles very well, but very heavy. It is very powerful and get you where you need to go or use her every day to go to work and back home.

Love the bike. I feel like I’m riding a mountain bike on steroids. Love that the mid drive is same as a normal bike during use. Rarely use the throttle. Customer service amazing. Bolt on one side of the crank arms fell out first 10-15miles. Sent a support request with video and they sent the needed part plus extra crank arm puller (not needed). Just pull the trigger you won’t regret it. I will probably upgrade by end of year and give this one to my wife.

I have clocked 28 miles the first week and feel like a kid again. Great workout for old man with knee surgery. Love that it rides like a real Mtn bike. Only issue is the crank arm came loose. Tightened it and after a couple mile loose again. Contacted support they requested a video and saw it was missing a part. They are sending the part and tools to fix it.

The shipping was on time packaging was excellent.
I talked to Mathew in service and parts in which he had excellent knowledge, and I had the information I needed promptly.
This is the bike that I have been wanting mid drive 750 W good amp hour battery, internal rear hub gearing.
What’s not to like about the bike ( nothing ) .

I've owned a Juggernaut Ultra FS for a while and love the bike. I saw Biktrix's end of year discounts and decided ot add a Monte Capro Lite. I have less that 100 miles on the MC Lite, but so far I am extreamly pleased. I have been riding on 4" tires for so long that riding this bike with it's knobby 3" tires is like suddenly having power steering. And the suspension really smooths out the bumps and tree roots on my ride. The bike is gorgous standing still and so much fun to ride,

You sent me the info on how to get battery out so I can charge it…at 72 and recovering from broken ankle… I haven’t been able to loosen screws and use rubber mallet yet….
But hopefully…this week..

I watched and read a number of videos on this bike before (and after) purchasing it. Like many who have purchased this bike, it truly is well suited for casual street and trail riding. I originally thought that the mid-drive would be something I would need to get used to. However, quite the contrary, it acts like a standard bike when you want it to, then within a few miles of your first ride, you are comfortable using both gear shifting and simple throttle control. I purchased along with the bike the Thudbuster and premium seat. After installation of both, based on how I plan on using the bike primarily on the road, I probably didn’t need the Thudbuster. But it’s installed so be it. Keep in mind that it does increase the height by 2” so at the lowest setting, it raised the seat height to minimum riding height to 5’4”. The seat is awesome and highly suggest purchasing it. Very happy with my purchase.

Had the bikes for 1 week now, easy assembly without any problems at all. Was a little concerned that the bike may be too much for my wife….no worries, once she figured out pedal assist and shifting, the bike is all is good for her. I was apprehensive about purchasing the bikes over the internet. After receiving and riding them, no worries at all. The bikes are well made and perform as advertised.

Before buying an electric bike, I did lots of research and decided to purchase one from Biktrix. So far Im extremely happy with my purchase! Its powerful, comfortable to ride, and is everything I wanted in an electric bike. I would highly recommend Biktrix to anyone interested in purchasing an electric bike.
