Understood dual battery. But not

It tookDam near a year when upgrading the light from original such damage from factory. Will know more in a week when we road trip Bob

But poor documentation!

As a relatively experienced bike mechanic I'd no trouble assembling my Hub Duo but it would have been extremely helpful if a specific assembly manual and user's guide were included in the packaging. Other than that the bike works just fine and attracts a lot of positive comments.

Perks?

I need instructions on how to mount/install the bottle rack and bell. Where do I mount them too?

Not a happy Camper

It took forever to arrive, I has problems right out of the box, A broken reflector on the headlight, the control was broken, rear tire would not stay on the rim when I inflated it. had to pay my bike shop $30 plus tax to fix it. They had to wrap the whole tire & rim with rope. add air, message the tire, add more air and so on. The Bikrix is trying to help me out but have not seen anything yet. Biktrix gives you 2 weeks to try out the bike, Its been 5 day I think and I have at the most 20 minutes on the bike because of the tire issue. I asked the rep to restart my clock but he has not address this question. The bike is nice. I just hope Biktrix is square with me. Regards

Missing piece/wrong part

It was frustrating when they kept asking me to review more videos when all of the problems were die to the fact that they sent me the wrong fender. More delays. It would have been a nice gesture to include a perk to compensate for all of my time due to their error and now more delay.
