10 out or 10. Outa the box

the gears dont shift right going on 9th gear puts it of the sprocket.need to know where i can take for adjustment

So far, so good. No issues with delivery and assembling it was dead easy. They even supply decent quality tools, although I just used my own.

This is bike#5 for me, but my 1st ebike. I bought it for commuting/work, basically to replace my car, fully knowing that the cadence sensor wouldn't feel as natural but I wanted the extra torque for towing, etc. I don't love the cadence sensor, but it's easy to get used to. I do appreciate the mid drive motor and having to manage the power through the gearing.

Battery life is pretty awesome. 70k on my first full discharge ride, PAS 2, holding 30-35 the whole way.

In terms of power, it absolutely RIPS. Keeping up with heavy traffic is easy on PAS 3-5, and I cruise in 2. 1 for shared trails so I'm not "that guy". I also like being up high and having that extra periscope of viz in traffic.

Eddy and co answered all my pre-purchase and after purchase questions quickly and succinctly. So far the support has been great.

But I think my other bikes miss me a little.

From the get go, it was a pleasure dealing with biktrix. I reached out to their customer service team to clarify a couple of things prior to making my purchase. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I placed my order online and in just over a week, I had the Juggernaut Classic Duo Electric Blue step-over in my living room. Assembly was a breeze (I have years of experience tooling on road bikes and mountain bikes) so it went together with no complications. For those that may be a little overwhelmed, Biktrix has really useful guides and manuals available online + videos to help simplify the process. The fit and finish of the bike is top notch. It is very well designed, however a little on the heavy side but to be expected with such a beast. I have not had much saddle time as of yet, but from what I have experienced the component package shifts smoothly, the brakes are well suited to this bike and the motor has plenty of power to spare. The Bafang DPC-18 display is very user friendly and provided all kinds of data right at your fingertip. I did upgrade the seat post to a short travel Thudbuster from their store and added the accessory mount which is a real necessity if you want to add a water bottle holder and cell phone mount. Overall, it is a large investment but well worth every penny I spent. I look forward to many years of outdoor adventure on my new ride and at the same time feel great about supporting a Canadian company. I did spend a significant amount of time researching other products/manufactures out there but kept coming back to Biktrix. So glad I did! What are you waiting for? Order yours today.
