I have clocked 28 miles the first week and feel like a kid again. Great workout for old man with knee surgery. Love that it rides like a real Mtn bike. Only issue is the crank arm came loose. Tightened it and after a couple mile loose again. Contacted support they requested a video and saw it was missing a part. They are sending the part and tools to fix it.

Received my bike in less then a week! This bike had exceeded all of my expectations thus far. Fit and finish, build quality and overall geometry is top notch. Solid MTB, I will enjoy this for many years to come.

Love the bike so far, shipping was quick and very well packaged. Assembly was quick and instructions are awesome. Have put 60 km on so far and battery is at half so the range is as advertised. Only complaint is I wish I had bought sooner.

We definitely made the right decision after extensive research. There are similar bikes on the market but be wary as some are pretty sketchy operations. Biktrix bikes are high quality - you pay for what you get. Customer service has been great and have gone out of their way to answer general questions and help with a billing issue created by PayPal. Just a warning - if you are located in Canada, when purchasing through PayPal make sure your VPN and obfuscation software is off!
Love it! I upgraded this year from the Swift Light to a Swift, and the increase in power and longevity is amazing. I enjoyed the Swift Light so much that I put 2,700 km on it last year. Now, I'm hoping to do as much, or more with this new one. Love riding it. It flattens the hills and opens up the whole city and beyond for me. The service was very, very good at Biktrix.
It's a great starter E-bike to commute around the city. It's been very good in the rain we've gotten recently and does great for distance. Can't complain about anything so far

Absolutely love my new bike. Picked up a trailer for my daughter to ride in and we've been on many adventures around the city. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Also the Saskatoon staff are very friendly and helpful.
The assembly was super easy other than the axel for the front wheel which wasn’t covered well in the user guide that comes with the bike. I had to goto their website to look up the in depth instructions on how to assemble the front wheel/axel in order to get it to work properly. Took it for my first ride the other day and had a blast getting it up to 41KM/H! It poured rain on my ride back home but the bike performed as well as it did on dry land! The only complaint I have is that peddling is super awkward for me as I am 5’11” and my knees come too far up towards my body anytime I try to pedal it. Lol.
