Good Product, lost my first elastomer already. Not sure the design is going to hold up. I don't want to have to keep buying new elastomers. May look at an alternative next time

This seatpoast pits the seat so high up you camt reach the paddles. I'm 6'1 and it was not possible to use.

my husband and i were looking for comfort among other features for our ebikes and the thudbuster does a great job easing the bumps. we haven’t taken our bikes offroad yet but street riding is fantastic.

Purchasing anything online can be a risky Business and a bad experience, especially comming from another country! I trusted my Cannadian Brothers and this Ride exceeded my expectations. I am like a little boy with his first Bike and its not my farthers bike. Its a lean mean machine ! Once it stands the test of time I will give my final report! Tomorrow I am going to put it to the test 30 miles round trip through roads, bridges trails and beach. Stay tuned, Keep you posted !

The question is poorly written, what do I think about the product I bought and what do I think of the place I bought it from seems to be what you want to know. Yes I would buy from you again but I am disappointed, there was no mention of the shims whatsoever which is kind of important to have for this product. Nonetheless, I received the Thudbuster in a very short time and in good condition,overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

The Thudbuster seatpost works well, but it adds about 4 inches to the post so you can't lower the seat all the way. It's not a problem with the product - it is a problem of my height. I'm 5'10" but have short legs.

i have only been on one ride with the thudbuster so i don’t have much to report but so far so good…i can write something more detailed when i get to use it more…but so far I LOVE THIS BIKE!
