Rolling Forward!

Hello Biktrix Family. 

Thank you for all of your patience throughout this shipping delay. We are writing today with a positive update!

Our Operations and Shipping Team has been very hard at work, finding a solution to the shipping delays mentioned in the Blog posts date Jan 7th, 12th and 18th.

As of today, we have been able to upgrade many of the “stuck” bike orders to Priority Line with FedEx at an extra cost of $200/package. BIKTRIX will be absorbing this cost in order to get the bikes to you as promised. 

Pick-ups are still a bit limited compared to regular service at this time, but they are moving forward. The team is still looking into alternative shipping options to help us get back to full shipping capacity, while also shipping our orders from oldest to newest as much as possible. You will receive a tracking number as soon as yours is on the pick-up dock, and it will update once the driver scans it. 

If you had received a tracking link prior to this week, you may receive a fresh one as we make the updated arrangements.

Special Note for the Ultra Beast Pre-orders.

This means we are back on track for our previous pre-order fulfillment timeline as discussed in the blog post dated Dec 3rd - Fulfillment to start in January.
